Seth, the one who came to service it, was very knowledgeable, helpful and informative. He was very thorough and did ln’t try to get me to buy a new one and helped me understand more about how it worked. He was friendly and even cleaned up the little mess he made. I am a customer for life! And with Grizzly’s expertise I think my insert, that has lasted at least 30 years, may keep going further beyond its life expectancy. Thank you Seth and Grizzly Fireplace.
